Delay in delivery

You may contact our customer service 60179781219 (Chris) / 60166631219(Dash) immediately due to an unexpected or uncertain event that appears to cause your precious shipment to be delayed. Our customer service team will provide you with the best solution and arrangement to solve your problem.

Order Status

Our service team will provide you with the tracking code and logistic company details as soon as our company has confirmed your order.

Receiver is away during the delivery day (AAAAAAA)

Please take note that additional charges will be implemented if the receiver is unable to receive the item. This is due to another arrangement of shipment being set by our team, in order for you to receive your lovely goods.

Changing minds for delivery address

Please contact our customer service team if you realize that you key in the wrong address at the checkout page. Our customer service team will try our best to change the address that is ideal for you and ensure satisfaction for our beloved customer. We will inform you if the change of delivery address is unsuccessful and it will be considered as another new delivery arrangement since there’s changes in address that will need to be done. Unfortunately, additional delivery costs will be charged since we will arrange a new delivery for you.

Prohibited delivery area

We had the right to cancel those delivery order addresses towards these following locations.
-Hospitals
-Airports: KLIA 1/ KLIA 2
-Government related building

What if our beloved customer’s orders are incomplete, damaged or lost during the delivery period.?

Please contact our customer service team ASAP, our team will get in touch with you with the matter and ensure there will be a replacement for your order upon verification of your order losses.

Free Delivery

For those orders that are ABOVE RM200 within WEST MALAYSIA will be eligible for a FREE DELIVERY. Express delivery(same day delivery) is available upon request to our customer service team. Customers will be needed to tender the full amount of the delivery fee upon arrival of their order at their doorstep.

Orders that are eligible for Rm5 Delivery Fee

Orders that are BELOW RM200 within WEST MALAYSIA will only be charged with a RM5 delivery fee.

Express delivery(same day delivery) is available upon request to our customer service team.

Customers will be needed to tender the full amount of the delivery fee upon arrival of their order at their doorstep.

Terms and conditions of Cash and delivery service (COD)

-Only available in KL and SELECTED Selangor area.
-Payment method can be via Bank Transfer or Cash.

Delivery Partner and information

-Delivery via courier will be done through NINJAVAN EXPRESS and BEST EXPRESS.
-Expected arrival via courier delivery will be around 1-3 working days.
-Express delivery will be via GRAB EXPRESS and LALAMOVE EXPRESS.
